Amber Wiles has been involved with volleyball for 30 years. She has played the game competitively for 11 years. Amber played Varsity Volleyball at Southside Christian School from 1997-2000. At Southside, she played on a Class A State Championship Team in 2000. In 2000, she was CAWS Class A State Player of the Year and a North/South All Star. At North Greenville University, she was a Scholarship Athlete and won the Christian Athlete Award in 2002 and 2003. Her coaching career began at Southside Christian School where she was an assistant coach in 2004. Amber was also the recruiting coach for North Greenville University in 2010. She was the head JV Volleyball coach at Dorman High school and assisted Coach Paula Kirkland on Varsity from 2016-2018. During that time she won 2 state championship rings with the Dorman Volleyball team. From 2001 to present, she has coached for Upstate Volleyball Club and became part owner in 2011. In 2021, she stopped working outside the home to focus solely on volleyball and building her business of training athletes individually, coordinating group clinics throughout the year and camps in the summer with Coach Mosely.
She is married to Clay Wiles and they have two children, Kyley Joy (14) and Clay,Jr. (12).
