Medical Liability Release

By participating in any volleyball activities, events, or training sessions organized by Upstate Volleyball Club, you acknowledge and accept that volleyball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By choosing to participate, you and your family voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

 

By participating, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Upstate Volleyball Club, its owners, staff, coaches, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damages sustained during participation. You further agree that you will not bring any legal action or lawsuit against Upstate Volleyball Club for any such claims.

 

Participation in our programs indicates your understanding and acceptance of this risk and your agreement to these terms.
